Outstanding job! Polite, pleasant and professional from start to finish.

Phoenix Contracting of SW FL … well, I wasn’t sure about hiring them to re-roof my house. But my intensive research brought this company as one of the best, yet affordable in SW Florida. Thomas has responded quickly for my request and surprised me, showing up the next day on time (which is rare in SW FL) He surprised me again with the best price, I could get. So, I thought it might bring a lower quality of work… Not at all! I’m very happy with the level of experience and short time it took to finish. The job was done quickly and clean. As an ignorant in construction I even asked the Inspector, who came for the final inspection: how it looks up there? He said: I have to scare you… it looks scary good :0) I’m from Illinois, therefore I have zero knowledge about the local companies. Thanks God I found Thomas Schofield with Phoenix Contracting of SW FL!!! I apologize for sending this review late - it was a good few months ago. Thomas, if you read this, I’m sorry again, I was very busy lately. But I share my A+ note (and your phone #) with everyone, who might need your services now or in the future.
